The Rev. Canon Gary Commins

Gary Commins retired in 2020 after forty years in the priesthood during which he served in a variety of congregations, mostly in diverse communities. He founded the Episcopal Urban Intern Program and was a co-founder of the Jubilee Consortium. Gary received an honorary doctorate in 2001 from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific. His fourth book, Evil and the Problem of Jesus, is expected to be released in 2022.
